Ray Goeke (Principal)

Ray Goeke started in the tackle and hunting industry in 1997, working in one of the premier outdoor stores in central New Jersey advancing to buyer and department manager in 2001. He joined Nicholas-Shea Company in 2004 and, following the company merger, became a partner of Suggs-Nicholas-Shea, Inc. in 2016. Along with his love for the outdoors, Ray brings a young, fresh prospective to the tackle and hunting industry. He and his family reside in southern New Jersey. Ray is responsible for all customers in DE, MD, NJ, NYC metro, Long Island, and selected accounts in southeastern PA as well as several key and national accounts including Dick’s Sporting Goods and Big Rock Sports.

Justin Ritchey (Field Rep)

Born and raised in Orlando, FL, Justin Ritchey and has been fishing all across the state for over 20 years. While earning his Bachelors in Fisheries & Aquatic Sciences from the University of Florida, Justin worked as a Fishing Associate for several sporting goods stores including Bass Pro Shops, Gander Mtn. and Dicks Sporting Goods. With his diverse product knowledge base and experience on the water, Justin is a valuable asset to the Suggs-Nicholas-Shea Team.

Garrett LaScola (Field Rep)

Garrett LaScola currently resides in Pocasset, a small township of Bourne, Massachusetts located on Cape Cod, with his wife Margaret, daughter Ellie and their two dogs Paisley and Basil. He is a graduate from Westfield State University where he received a degree in environmental sciences focused on aquatic and marine biology. During college, he interned for the Department of the interior at the Connecticut River Coordinator’s office and Atlantic Salmon Hatchery. He has been in the outdoor industry for over 20 years as a salesman and buyer for both fishing and hunting; fishing guide for both freshwater and saltwater species; and staff writer and television guest for On The Water magazine. When Garrett is not out on the road, you can either find him spending quality time with his family fishing and hunting around New England or tinkering in his workshop building custom fishing tackle and tuning his equipment.

Mike McLaurin (Field Rep)

Mike McLaurin began fishing at an early age, and has enjoyed spending time outdoors ever since. While attending the University of Alabama, Mike was a member of the fishing team, where he competed across the Southeast against other college anglers. This allowed him to make contacts within the fishing industry, which ultimately led to beginning a career in the fishing industry with Duckett Fishing. Mike has been in the outdoors industry for 8 years and enjoys working with customers to find products that best fit their needs. He resides in Chickamauga, GA with his wife Jaime.

Bob Sharp (Principal)

Sales manager 20 years with SNS. Bob has a strong fishing, hunting and sales background. “I really enjoy working in this industry. I believe relationships with our customers are most important aspect of our business. With all the technology available in todays fast pace world, I still feel that face to face interaction is the foundation to a long and successful relationship”. Lives in Gulf Breeze FL, married for 30 years to Lissa Sharp and has two sons Carson Sharp and Dr. Cody Sharp.

Skip Wells (Field Rep)

Skip Wells is a veteran sales representative with decades of expertise in the sporting industry with experience ranging from managing a successful sporting goods store (Sports Mart, Inc.) to consistently rating as the top-performing salesman for a full-line sporting goods distributor (Roskin Bros, Inc.). Skip was also named 1989 Berkley Sales Rep of the Year. With nearly 37 years as a sales rep, Skip leverages his unique regional expertise to connect manufacturers with customers in both upstate NY and parts of western PA. Skip resides in Oswego, NY, with his wife Penny and three Springer Spaniels. He enjoys fishing, hunting, and gardening.

Michael Melin (Field Rep)

While growing up in Morehead City, NC, Michael Melin discovered his passion for the outdoors at an early age. As a very avid outdoorsman and fisherman he found work in the fishing industry as a Mate on Sportfishing Charter Boats and became an Assistant Manager at West Marine running the Fishing Department. He went on to get his Bachelors in Business Administration from North Carolina State University and has been working for SNS since January of 2017.

Tanner Pardue (Product Specialist)

Tanner Pardue hails from Morehead City, North Carolina. He is an experienced hunter and has worked on both private and charter boats, fishing from North Carolina to the Bahamas. Tanner graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in May of 2020 with a degree in History. As a lifetime sportsman, Tanner brings real-world know-how and grit to his work with Suggs-Nicholas-Shea.

Tammy Gall (Office Mgr.)

Tammy has managed the Southeast office (Leesville) for 29 years. Her expertise ranges from standard word processing to complex logistics solutions. In addition to these operational responsibilities, as sales manager, Tammy works closely with manufacturers and customers serving as the chief officer for correspondence and sales records in the SE territory. She resides in South Carolina with her husband John.

Kelly Sing (Office Mgr.)

Kelly Sing manages the Northeast office for Suggs-Nicholas-Shea, Inc. She brings over 24 years of administrative experience in office management. She assists in the daily interaction between manufacturers and customers for the NE territory. In addition, she works closely with the company’s financial advisors. Kelly resides in Reading, PA, with her husband and three children.
